First off I went out to charge the batteries and went out a few days later and noticed they weren't charging plus the fridge wouldn't turn on while plugged in.

My husband noticed one of our 6 volt batteries was bad. We got a new one and now the fridge will come on but the batteries are still not charging while being plugged into shore line. Plus normally when we plug our trailer into shore power I hear a fan running for awhile after which I assume was the converter charger fan but now a fan doesn't kick on or the batteries will charge.

If that's the problem is it easy to replace and which converter should we get to replace it? Any help would be appreciated. One more question we also have an onan on board generator where we have to flipped a different set of breakers before using the generator or shore line power, would this do anything to the converter?
